Compromís per Alcalà i Alcossebre, va sol·licitar a l’equip de govern una Junta de Portaveus extraordinària per a poder acordar i redactar entre tots els grups municipals les al·legacions en contra de la Planta Fotovoltaica MAGDA. Pensàvem que era de vital importància anar units en aquest tema que afecta el territori en el qual vivim, per suposar un greu impacte mediambiental. Tots estem d’acord que volem energia neta però no a qualsevol preu, sobretot, perquè hi ha alternatives factibles i viables. L’equip de govern, no sols no va voler celebrar aqueixa Junta de Portaveus extraordinària, si no que ha sol·licitat als tècnics municipals que redactaren les al·legacions, i sense donar temps a realitzar cap aportació, per part de l’oposició, directament les ha portades al Ple per a la seua aprovació. Per part nostra, pensem que, sent correctes aquestes al·legacions, podríem haver fet molt més recalcament en la part que explica l’impacte negatiu, així com molt més exhaustiu en les argumentacions. Així doncs, havent votat a favor de les al·legacions institucionals, les de l’Ajuntament, hem volgut presentar, a nivell personal (qualsevol altra persona física pot fer-ho) un altre document, al nostre parer més complet. Ens hem recolzat en la redacció de les al·legacions d’altres Ajuntaments, havent-ho adaptat al nostre municipi, perquè considerem que no és dolent compartir informació i pensem que són molt més completes. Pensábamos que era de vital importancia ir unidos en este tema que afecta al territorio en el que vivimos, por suponer un grave impacto medioambiental. Todos estamos de acuerdo en que queremos energía limpia pero no a cualquier precio, sobre todo, porque hay alternativas factibles y viables. El equipo de gobierno, no sólo no quiso celebrar esa Junta de Portavoces extraordinaria, si no que ha solicitado a los técnicos municipales que redactaran las alegaciones, y sin dar tiempo a realizar ninguna aportación, por parte de la oposición, directamente las ha llevado al Pleno para su aprobación. Por nuestra parte, pensamos que, siendo correctas dichas alegaciones, podríamos haber hecho mucho más hincapié en la parte que explica el impacto negativo, así como mucho más exhaustivo en las argumentaciones. Así pues, habiendo votado a favor de las alegaciones institucionales, las del Ayuntamiento, hemos querido presentar, a nivel personal (cualquier otra persona física puede hacerlo) otro documento, a nuestro parecer más completo. Nos hemos apoyado en la redacción de las alegaciones de otros Ayuntamientos, habiéndolo adaptado a nuestro municipio, porque consideramos que no es malo compartir información y pensamos que son mucho más completas. So, having voted in favour of the institutional allegations, those of the City Council, we wanted to present, on a personal level (any other natural person can do so) another document, in our opinion more complete.
